Building on a successful transactional experience, we created a vision for a well-rounded homeownership company with a differentiated brand. And we did this while designing a streamlined customer journey delivering near-term growth.
We created a brand identity inspired by homes. The ts in the Better wordmark connect to form the roof of a house. Shapes and patterns play on roofs, doors, and windows. Compositions evoke the Bauhaus. Photography celebrates lived-in homes and people of all kinds.
Confident headlines clearly communicate value. We say what we think, call out things that need fixing, and celebrate the feeling of owning a home.
The experience is designed to make choices simpler, crunching the numbers and explaining clearly.
We used storyboards to envision an experience that integrates all the moving parts of homeownership into a single home for the home.
A cohesive design system links everything together with visuals, copy, and code. Handoffs between in-person interactions and digital product experiences are designed to be seamless.
Flows are streamlined to save customers time, with fewer, personalized questions, tap-and-go interactions, and smart tech integrations.
